Since I’m not a paying member I’m not allowed to post on your most recent 2/27/26 article regarding the Olympics.

You said something key.. “their nervous system begins to feel low level strain…

It may or it may not. That’s your perspective on how their bodies respond to stress.

World class athletes must have resilient mentally tough minds. I’d be willing to bet they practice sleep hypnotherapy because neuroscience proves when you relax the RAS (reticular activation system) you relax the subconscious mind and biologically when something is relaxed it tells the body it’s safe to grow/expand.

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." – C.G. Jung

The greatest enemy of good thinking is busyness.” – John C. Maxwell

Where in your article do you discuss how to make the unconscious conscious because providing the above 5 good thoughts on how to reduce busyness isn’t solving the problem.

When a person’s subconscious has been programmed to believe and think a certain way it will associate those 5 things as positive steps but it might also treat them as a bandaid checklist.

How does one make the unconscious conscious. Sleep hypnotherapy, I know from personal experience, it works and it doesn’t require any additional work. Just lay down and close your eyes and listen.
